Community Integrated Management
Level Growth collaborates with community members to develop an awareness with respect of the areas and activities that are important to the community socially, culturally, biologically, environmentally and religiously. These activities are orchestrated by a combination of support from community leaders, educators, NGO representatives, and farm corporate staff, from the local community.
The intent of the farm leadership prime directive is religious and cultural choice for each member of the community. The communities typically included three religious communities, Muslim, Christian, and Dayak. The farm leadership commitment to the community includes building housing for workers, local management, and places of worship for the community members.

Farm corporate leadership commits to and builds a Mosque, Church, and supports construction and/or support for the Dayak temple. When possible, the areas of worship are constructed in the geographic centers of the communities. Those of differing faiths that work together daily are able to freely worship.
Level Growth works to integrate plans and farm changes with clear communication with the surrounding communities, neighbors and interest groups about their activities and plans. This includes consultation with community leaders, representatives, religious leaders, and other interested parties about changes on farms that could have potential impacts on the social and environmental well-being of surrounding communities.
Certified farms contribute to local economic development through training and employment and try to prevent negative impacts on the areas, activities or services that are important for local populations.
Certified farms and continued certification requires that the farm owners /managers document and make available for public view all complaints and comments it receives related to its activities and its replies to them.

The farm management has found over time that SIGNIFICANT education is required in relocations family members from traditional to new housing. This education includes how to cook and prepare food, how to manage waste, how to address hygiene, and how to respect the new dwellings. Without training, and gradual education, the best intentions for new housing become rapidly degraded, inpacting the health of the family, their neighbors, and the local environment for cleanliness.
Well informed groups gradually adjust, keep areas clean, grow gardens, and have improved life styles while respecting cultural mandates.

With support of community leadership, a primary school is built adjacent to the places of worship, providing the opportunity for children of different faiths to learn together, and experience the ability for worship of choice for their families.

Level Growth in association with partners works with industry for them to comply with Sustainable Agriculture Network guidelines so that all families living on certified farms have access to medical services.
